If there was a power failure in your house tonight, would you know where to find candles, matches, flashlight.?

.pocket torch, paraffin/kerosene lamp etc.?

Or would you just sit quietly in the dark, hoping power will be restored soon.?

    Yes GM, I have a torch next to my bed which could also double up as a lethal weapon lol x

    Yes. I have everything...candles, flashlights, a battery-operated lantern, batteries, matches, a utility lighter. I've been through power outages many times, and the last one was for 6 horrible days.

    I don't have a kerosene lamp.

    A torch yes, the remainder no. I'd be the one sitting hoping the power would be back on fast !!

    Flashlight on the chair next to my bed. Other forms of illumination in safe locations.

    I have a torch on the dresser in the hallway as I use it when I take my dog out every evening... I can use my mobile phone to light the way to the hallway too... :)

    I know where the candles and the matches are..

    ..I actually love when the power goes out, i get a little buzz out of it..eerie feelin or something...lol.......I always get excited when it comes back on then, first thing to be switched on is the kettle...

    I have 2 torches near or next to my bed. And spare battery's on my desk if needed. I am prepared.

    och i bump into things so often in the daylight it would make no difference really , do have scented candles and a torch handy on my...i mean in my errrrr ?

    Yes , torches in a kitchen drawer & a torch in my bedside cabinet :)
