What should i do with him?
i have known this guy for about 3 years. he has told me in the past that he doesn't want to be in a relationship but now 3 years later, i have going over to his place and watching movies while rubbing his back and staying the night (nothing sexual). i have also noticed that when i go over there he will just stare at me and not say a word. i ask him if he wants me to leave and he smiles and shakes his head. i tell him that if he doesn't want me there all he has to do is say leave and he will smile and say "you're fine". he has also asked me why i hang out with him. i tell him it is because i like him. i don't know what to do anymore. any advice would be very grateful.

You know, based on my experience, when a man behaves like that, it doesn't necessarily mean he's interested in you in a romantic way. BUT there's always a possibility. Why not try to take it naturally? See where it leads you. But don't get laid, that'd only complicate things.
Just follow the conversation and see if you can ask if there's anyone he likes now and if he's changed his mind since 3 years ago. There HAS to be a moment when these questions would be fitting to ask. Do your best!
