if there are more icecubes in the glass, is the water colder? or does it just take longer to melt?

After the first minute, water with ice in it is always 32F degrees. More ice will just last longer.

Seems to me more ice would cool the water faster allowing less melt per ice cube before it hits 32 but that is as cold as it could get. unless you add some salt then it can get down into the 20s becuase salt water has a lower freezing point. a great tip for beer coolers.
