I'm not sure if I like fencing anymore?
I loved the sport at first, but now, its become a chore. I've actually grown to dislike it. But fencing costs a lot of money and my parents have invested so much time and money into fencing for me. I'm gotten really bad at it now, and the sport itself has become a bore. How do I let my mom down easily?

Ask her if you can take a month or two break from fencing, after that time see if you feel motivated to go back. If you don't tell her this and mention that you tried and maybe would like to try another activity that isn't so expensive.
