How many songs do I need for an lp?

I'm dropping my debut album in June or July. I've got 13 tracks selected, and beats selected to go with them. I'm ready to take them to the studio soon (4 weeks or less) and then I'm dropping it. But I want to know weather those 13 tracks classify as an lp. If its not enough I've written more ****, about 8 other tracks, but they ain't finished and some of them suck. Oh ya, and also, just of you know, what percentage of the sales would I get from iTunes if I sold each song for 99 cents?
