I'm considering switching to tampons? help?

Well, I used tampons once when I was 12....and It wasn't a good experience. But I'm ready to overcome it and try again. Err, another question. What do you recommend for me to start out with? I have the playtex gentle glide...is that okay?

Tampons are much much better. Especially when its hot. Make sure to change it about every four hours because you dont want an infection. Wash your hands before you insert it. You should get the plastic applicators. Playtex gentle glide are fine. It might be more comfortable if you stand up with one foot on the toilet lid before you insert. If you have it in right then you shouldn't be able to feel it. If you feel like it's hurting when you sit or move then it isn't in right. You may have to try a few times before you get it right.

you should wear tampons, you want to start out with the light ones first because they are going to get big and it going to be harder to take out. even if you have a heavy flow, you should use a light one and get a dgnerinvnd ineiiiiiiiiiiiifnmfffffficoozsi ciewfbnie4tyuhhhbt4twgyoihdae0w9tJTFDIO VNH09EGRT456 super absorbent pantyliners.

use a plastic applicator, not cardboard because from personal experience, they are much harder to insert and sometimes hurt. tampons are much more comfortable and that kind sounds good.

yeah, you're ready. pads are gross, i hate them. sitting in blood isn't fun, haha. :) tampons are so much easier and they don't hurt at all. i use tampax pearl, it works fine. use a light one on your first time! because they're really skinny, like the size of your finger. (that was a really bad comparison, lololol). but anyways, its really easy. and so much cleaner!
