Buy or Sell: Derrick Rose will never be the same again?
After this injury, which will take 8 or so months to heal, will Derrick Rose ever be as good as he was? Even if he fully recovers, a body can never be completely 100% healed from an injury, especially one as bad as Rose's, which means he won't be as explosive going to the basket.

You can't regain explosiveness once you lost it. ACL completely ruins is game. Now, if nash or rondo tore their acl, they could still pass, since thats how they play, but rose is an explosive shooter with that first step, I can't see his knee handling that well.

As long as Rose puts forth a lot of effort, he has a chance to be the same. And I believe Rose will train hard everyday. He's way too passionate to not.

Sell. I have a feeling he'll rebound nicely next season, and most superstar guards have a major injury during their first 5 years in the league.

I think he will be the same as he was, except that he will LEARN TO PASS THE BALL ! since he can't use the ''i just want to win'' excuse to chuck up 30 a game. so Luol,Carlos etc. will all get the ball !!!
