What happens if I permanently delete the "google drive" folder in my computer?
All my files in the folder that are stored online in google account will be deleted?

Well why would you do that and I believe so? I know if you delete everything in the Google Drive folder it will be in the web version trashcan of your Google Drive account. So then it's possible that if you do delete your Google Drive desktop folder you can recover those files from within the trashcan on drive.google.com.
