Anyone know of a high quality, lower priced laptop/phone solar charger?

Question

I am looking for a solar panel that is under $100 that can charge my phone and my computer.  It doesn't  have to be able to charge my laptop all the way, I'd just like to reduce my footprint; any "dent" it can make in my power consumption would be great... I'd also like to be able to use my computer at my cabin, where there is no electricity.  

I have seen numerous ones that look like they would work on amazon and online, I just have a few worries:
1.  Will it be bad for my computer to have an inconsistent power supply?
2. Are there attachments available that I will be able to plug my laptop in with? (I have an HP dv7 laptop)

Hi Flyguy, there are loads of solar chargers for under a hundred dollars.

The detrimental effect on your computer from the incremental power supply is small. Most of these come with all of the attachments you'll need.
