finally after 3 years i have an answer to my foot pain?

It's the muscle that runs from my small toe to my ankle , well i think she said muscle or was it a tendon ? anyway i have to stay off work for a couple of mnths and have physio too ... any idea if this will help ?

    Sparkling Water,

    Anytime you can rest a muscle or a tendon it can give it time to recuperation. When you put less stress on a body part it gives it the freedom to start adjusting back to its optimum state.

    The physio will help as well.

    Here is also something that will benefit your foot as well. If you know how to do any form of meditation, self-hypnosis or full body-mind relaxation use that as well as pain has a lot of roots in the energy in motion (e-motion) category that when addresses allows for faster recovery.

    I have some other free tools you can use as well.
