I use playtex. I really like them. You just gotta get used to them. Stand in the bathroom with your pants off and set one of your feet on the bath tub. Slowly put the tampon in until your fingers touch the lips of your vagina. Once inserted put your leg down get dressed and sit in a chair somewhere. If it's uncomfortable take the tampon out and try again. It will be uncomfortable at first but if it hurts really bad then just try again.
