Is this true or not? I remember a while ago that someone was telling me about...?

an app that you can hum the melody, or sing a few words of a song to, and it'll tell you what song it is.

What I do not remember is if they told me it was in the works, or if it was already out, lol. This was a while ago. So do any of you know about any apps that do what I described? Oh and if so, for what platform? Thanks
