Would this be considered illegal?

So my brother and I have always shared an iPOD and itunes account. It's more his than mine, but I've bought lots of songs and borrowed it plenty of times. The money just comes from our parents anyways.

Anyways I want to get my own iPOD and iTunes and I don't like all of the songs he's downloaded..... would it be considered illegal or wrong to burn the songs I like and have bought on his ITUNES account onto a CD, and then upload them via the CD onto MY personal, new account and then put them onto my new IPOD....? is this like stealing or scamming someone at all?

Not at all, it's both yours and your sharing it. You both payed and even if your didn't pay for all he still has your songs and he didn't pay. It's called out smarting the system.

    Good job! :)

as far as i can tell:

    you bought the songs

so you put them on a CD for personal use

put said personal use CD on an account for yourself

sounds like your in the clear for me, you bought a product, all you really did was make a copy of it, as long as you don't sell it you appear to be in the clear.

confident...it would be super to allow each and all of the unlawful immigrants interior of america...in simple terms so as long as we did no longer have such stupid government-funded classes that individuals mooch off of for their entire lives. a similar classes that fee taxpayers billions each and each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days.

I'm pretty sure it's not illegal, but you might want to talk to an IT professional.
