Do you think this is illegal?
So my brother and I have always shared an iPOD and itunes account. It's more his than mine, but I've bought lots of songs and borrowed it plenty of times. The money just comes from our parents anyways.
Anyways I want to get my own iPOD and iTunes and I don't like all of the songs he's downloaded..... would it be considered illegal or wrong to burn the songs I like and have bought on his ITUNES account onto a CD, and then upload them via the CD onto MY personal, new account and then put them onto my new IPOD....? is this like stealing or scamming someone at all?
I care if it's illegal or unethical because, well, it pretty much goes without saying, doesn't it? I don't want to scam or scew someone over.

Songs purchased through itunes have copy protection that prevents you from simply burning them to a CD and importing them into another itunes account.
Just create a massive playlist that includes the songs you like and only put that playlist on your ipod. Problem sloved

As long as you keep it and don't share it outside your family, it's okay.
