Can I switch networks with an this iphone (4s)?

I'm currently looking at an iPhone 4s online from craigslist. Its a 64GB from AT&T.(Unlocked) I currently have CellOne (Small Carrier in the North East Arizona Region). I am aware that you need to have a micro SIM card for the iPhone and i have a mini SIM card. Once purchasing the iPhone I do know that you need to cut down the card to fit. My question is would i be able to use it on CellOne. The website is Cellone.com and 85935 is the zip to type in. I am wondering about the specifics like gsm and all that. Just want to know if I would be able to use it on that network. Thanks!!

CellOne is a GSM carrier so an unlocked iPhone will work. However, if the unlock is hacked, you'd better educate yourself on how you keep the phone unlocked because it's not a permanent unlock and you'd best keep another phone as backup because it's likely that you're eventually going to lose the unlock.

if you cut your sim card, it will be toast. you would need a micro sim card instead of a mini.
