Complete Edition is the exact same thing as the regular GTA IV, except that it comes with all the DLC's. That is the only difference what-so-ever.

The complete edition is GTA 4 but includes Episodes from Liberty City, which is two separate games in one. I haven't tried online gameplay in Episodes from Liberty City, but GTA 4 has good online gameplay.

The complete edition includes GTA 4 and its DLC packs,i.e,Episodes from liberty city(The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and Damned). And,yes it includes online multiplayer too.

Complete edition is the same as regular, it just comes with two bonus campaigns. It's definitely worth getting, they're each pretty good. Online gameplay is available with complete edition.

the complete edition comes with the 2 DLC's ( The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and The Dammed )
its like 3 Gta games in one disk, but same city, but different mission and characters, and The Ballad of Gay Tony got more cheats and more vehicles ..
