This is a tough one, I'll give my best shot to give you my list of best players of the bench.

C-Glen Davis (he's a bench player before Howard got Injured)

PF- Taj Gibson

SF-Al Harrington

SG-James Harden

PG-Mo Williams

It's really tough to pick on the center spot because most bench centers are unnoticeable from their contribution, JaVale Mcgee comes to mind but he's a starter for the Wizards all year long before he got traded to the Nuggets. So Glen Davis only stands out even though he's a PF he can play C very well

Also for the SG spot the candidates were really close between Harden, Ginobili and Mayo but Harden is making a huge contribution for his team more than the two so no question there and I'm pretty sure he will win the Sixth Man of The Year.
