Recently I got a paypal debit card and just added money to my paypal account. I tried to add the card to my payment options via my online account. when I submitted my information, it says information is incorrect.so, I went to my xbox and filled in the information and I get an error message: 8c320008. has anyone had the same problem?

Error Code 80190864: This error message indicates that the account has a Billing Violation attached to one of it's subscriptions. Either update your Payment Option or provide a new payment option. Also, check billing.microsoft.com for additional details on the account.
Basically you need to use a different method of payment for xbox live.
