People don't just forget that.. or let it go after the day it happened..It haunts you. Especially if they were molested by a close one.

They often feel it's their own fault they got raped or that they have to be extra special to that person that raped them and suck up to them or they feel as though the rapist took something from them they'll never have back, among other things. It's tragic.
