Why do they always use a Stuka siren in movies when a propeller plane crashes?

I've watched a few movies where prop planes go down recently (TinTin, Goldeneye and more), and every time you hear the Jericho Siren of the Ju-87 Stuka. The Stuka was a WW2 era German dive bomber, and had a siren for a psychological effect on the enemy troops (they heard the siren and knew the bombs were coming). But other planes don't have it, so why do I almost always hear that siren when a prop plane goes down?

i noticed that too. i think that the stuka siren dug deep into the minds of american soldiers. thats why hollywood often uses this sound. the nazis had a thing for terorizing the enemy forces, making them knew they where coming for them. thaths probably why this sound is used that often.

another reason is that media producers(two close friends of me studie it) dont share their sound samples with others thats why popular sounds are used this often.

for example lots of movies use the same sound for scify doors sliding open.

Maybe they want to suggest that the engine of the plane is winding out dangerously....
