Threatened species: Any species which are vulnerable to becoming endangered in the near future.

Endangered species: A population of organisms which is at risk of becoming extinct because it is few in numbers or threatened by a changing environment.

Vulnerable Species: A species which has been categorised by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) as likely to become Endangered.

The difference is how long they are going to survive before they become extinct.
