Complain train delay Indian Railway?
Today my train - Chennai - Bangalore Mail with out any valid reason reached destination late by 2 hrs. That too last 30 KMs they took 90 Mins. Whom can i complain? Any competent authority and procedure for the same? Thx in advance

Things may have been fine on your train but it is obvious something happened further up the line.
Train drivers do not take longer than necessary they like to go home too.
An accident site could have been cleaned before you went by it.
Did you arrive SAFELY at your destination? You make this sound like you were held up for days and days and suffered severe dehydration and starvation.

You could complain to the the local railway authorities or the government company that's running them, but I doubt they would care. It was probably one of those big screwups all railways get once in a while and theres nothing they can do. It happens in New Zealand as well sometimes.
