I've gotten myself into a bit of a situation with a Schizophrenic girl?

Honestly, I don't know where to begin, and I'm sorry if this is long. But I'm fearing for the life of this girl, and of innocent people.

I've been e-mailing back and forth for a while with a girl who claims to be 14 and from somewhere in Australia (I think the ACT). I originally met her on Yahoo Answers when she was posting a lot of questions, begging people to help her figure out what was wrong with her. She had so many people, including me, insisting that she has to talk to her therapist about what was going on, because everybody could plainly see that she was HIGHLY Psychotic. But, as is the case with Schizophrenia, she cannot comprehend that she has an illness. I eventually gave her my e-mail so she could talk to me, because this girl was so lonely. Her family is never around and she's constantly bullied.

She has a friend in her head that she talks to, and her friend is telling her that she needs to kill people to get to "the real world". She's always talking about the "bad people" and the "bad place", but she doesn't feel comfortable telling me where/who these things are, because her "friend" says it's not safe. But she's been telling me how frustrated she is because she wants to kill herself very, very badly, but she has to wait for her "friend" to tell her when to do it. She is also expressing to me that she wants to kill people. She has a craving for blood, and she tells me that she can't wait to murder people brutally. Originally she wouldn't tell me any of this, but I gained her trust enough so that she would talk it out with me.

Clearly, she's a danger to herself and to society. She's scared to death of her therapist-- she says she's "one of the bad ones". So she won't talk to her. Frankly, her therapist isn't any help from what I've gathered.

I don't want to hear that "she's trolling", because it's gone beyond that now. And even if there's a possibility of her being a troll, I think it's really important that this is investigated, because she's honestly a very dangerous young girl, to herself and others.

Should I do something...? Is there somebody I should contact in this situation...?

Please don't treat this as a joke; it's getting very serious...
