The answer of course would be to assassinate Obama, but I don't think the question qualifies as hate speech as it is not necessarily suggesting a hatred of African Americans but rather is more of a suggestion of terrorist intent to purposefully spark violent riots (rather than say something that would be anti-terrorist such as massive non-violent protest) through assassination of the first black president so as to control who becomes the next president.

Such a plan is something Homeland Security, the FBI, and other agencies should watch out for (if they themselves are not involved in carrying out such plans), but since Obama has proved himself to be a traitor to black people and everyone else who voted for him, this plan is unlikely to be carried out by tyrants controlling the US government since they control Obama and his Republican opposition so they will be happy as long as the Dem or Rep candidate wins.
