sharp pain in upper left tricep?

no numbness of fingers or anything like that... it comes and goes. been so for 24 hours. a bit annoying... and quite painful at times. should i be concerned? any insight before i take further action?

i'm a 27 year old male.

    Best deal is to go see a doctor so they can do an x-ray, might be a tendon (harder string of tissues that help to hold the bones together), and would be the reason why you can move your arm, if you wait to much it's only going to get worst
