Open the instruction manual that came with your computer. Look up the section that tells you how to reset your computer to factory defaults. It may involve putting in recovery discs, or restoring from a partition in the computer - the instruction manual will tell you how.
When you do get it all up and running make sure you have anti-virus software installed and that it is kept up-to-date.

You got a malware virus. You need anti-virus software. AVGfree is free to use.
Basically, a new laptop has everything pre-installed at the factory so you don't need to install anything other than programs that are suited to the operating system that you are using.

open the manual that came with it and you will find most answers if you read it
