Weird fat curly tail lizards in South Florida?

Where I'm from Miami Gardens and I notice I been seeing these curly tail lizards (usually they look like their 2 or 3 cm big) around even in Broward county too. What are those?

Can you snap a picture? This doesn't sound like any native species I know of.

South Florida has a lot of introduced species. Maybe these lizards are pet-shop escapees or pets that were turned loose. So basically anything you could find a reptile show might be running around South Florida.

Actually your right. I live in West Palm Beach and we have a BUNCH of Curly Tail Lizards running around. On a hot day, I wont go to my pool without seeing a Curly Tail basking. There everywhere. And i dont really mind there company. :) They're adorable little guys and i love them. They might be invasive but not sure and why would it matter theyre not doinf any harm. I see a bunch of babies too, so they're reproducing a lot.
