Adhesives for polystyrene foam to wood and PVC?

I need to find out what adhesive is used for joining polystyrene foam to PVC (like in sandwich panels) and also to wood.

Hi Lu, I’m Ken with The Home Depot and have had this question about polystyrene several times.

I have found that many products will adhere to the surfaces you’re talking about, however several of these products will melt the polystyrene.

There is a product that’s made for foam board and adheres to all kinds of surfaces. The products is made by Loctite, it’s called PL300 foam board adhesive.

You can find this in the paint department at Home Depot. Hope this helps.
