go to ur settings and update it... and if that doesn't help u could always switch everything to sd card and turn it off and hold volume up and power at same time and factory reset it :)

Though it is a very low chance of a phone getting a virus, it can (It uses the same thing to get to the internet as a computer does)
So it either has a virus, or you over did the data. If its a virus you can take it to the store and get it fixed. If its anything else the "Geek Squad" at your local Best Buy will figure it out.
