Depends on who you buy from...................look at suppliers like Thompson cigars etc etc, they will quote the right price for YOUR state.
We buy them on line all the time both from the US and abroad.

Im not certain. I know in the United States Cuban Cigars are illega, for some foolish reasion...but they are legal in Canada. I would assumine if your living in america and buying from another state in america, there would be no problem.

Online tobacco purveyors are required to report who purchases their products; the purchaser is then required to pay the taxes on that purchase.
