When I plug my iPhone 3G in, it says its not charging, but when I turn it on & off, its at full charge?
I have searched internet for the answer for this for ages, so I'm hoping someone here has the answer.
Basically, I put my iPhone 3G on charge and the lock screen battery isn't moving but the little battery on the top left of the screen says its fully charged, so I left it overnight and no change, but when I turned it on and off, the phone had full charge, what's going on? Any help would be lovely.

Don't know the answer but I've had a similar problem in the past.
My battery indicator (top right) showed red (low) even after full night charging but this rectified itself after power up and down. I had sim problem around the same time where the phOne wouldn't connect to networks or Internet. I placed some paper behind my sim and both faults disappeared.
