How much memory does an iPad user need?
I was looking into getting one of the new iPads, but I note that they come in three 'sizes' 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB.
I plan to play a fair number of games on the iPad, and have a number of books (many of which will be deleted when I am done with them), but am not planing on storing videos on it. How much memory am I really going to need?

32 Gb, you will be surprised how fast 16 go will fill up. You will download apps and games and such and the last thing you want is no space. Just get the 32 gb and download whatever you want with no worries!

I would be surprised how fast a 16 fills up because I haven't come close. I bought a 64 the first time and only see a sliver of storage used, so I got 16 after that. I have a lot of photos, quite a bit of music and many apps. Apps are all different sizes, and books are going to be tiny compared to music and photos.

Then i believe 16 GB would be enough for you , i myself have the 16 GB ipad and i still have like a 2 GB of free memory on it and i have around 5 GB worth of books loaded on it as well, so dont worry about memory, save the money and get some accessories for your ipad instead
