Why Do I Have Knee Pain?
Everytime after I go out and shoot some hoops, my knee hurts a little. Its not unbearable or anything, it just feels a bit stiff and sore, like it feels uncomfortable when i try to bend it. Is this normal or do i have a knee problem?

Twisted knee can cause a sprained knee where you injure a knee ligament. When you realize that you have twisted your knee, you should visit your doctor immediately. If you do not get treatment, you could have longer lasting knee pain.
