Someone that knows a lot about cell phones & prepaid?
I have an old Samsung SeeK in pink I used to have on a plan w Sprint. Can I use it prepaid now with Boost Mobile? I know Boost Mobile sells the phone & you can go prepaid w it. Can I use my old one from Sprint and just buy Boost Mobile cards for it? Will this work? Thanks!

If the phone is unlocked, You should be completely fine. You can check that by either using a friends sim card into your phone(simplest) or you can call sprint and ask If those phones were sold as unlocked.
However if your phone is not unlocked, you can always buy a phone online from a store like http://prepaidfreephones.com/ They have a wide range of unlocked phones and even some free phones(I think the only free phones are with H20, T-mobile prepaid, or page plus. However, there are some good quality phones with the T-mobile plans, but T-mobile has bad service if you don't live in a more urban area.
