I have a mixture of odd symptoms?

I find it extremely difficult to sleep (I don't usually get to bed before 3 AM on a good night no matter what I do.)

I get randomly hot sometimes (it only lasts for a few minutes but it feels like fever hot)

I get migraines at random times but they don't last long either

Random joints hurt. My left shoulder, my right knee, my right hip, my left ankle etc.

I'm a 19 year old female

I'm relatively active (I exercise about every other day now)

When I eat, I try to eat healthy

Everything else about me seems/feels normal.

Update:

(OH! and sometimes I hallucinate at night. Up until now I've chalked it up to tiredness, but lately it's been scaring me. Seeing someone standing at the end of the hallway who isn't really there. etc.)

To be perfectly honest those sound like symptoms of a milder form of Influenza! However hot flashes, achy joints, and hallucinations could also be a case of some mental illness. I would seek medical help, no one can help you on here!
