Gaming Computer Specs help?

Basically, I've come into some money and I want to get a new desktop computer.

I've gone though eBay and I think this is the best deal I could find:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FAST-HP-2x3-2Ghz-Dual-Xe...

If you could take a look at the specs ( Like half down the page) and tell me if it would be good enough to play games like Skyrim.

Cheers!

You could play games like Skyrim, but you would be running at low settings with a really low resolution.

The graphics card is getting dated and won't be able to handle most modern games well.

first things first. XEON is horrible for gaming. its a business/server cpu. not a gaming cpu. second thats a $30 gpu in it. you can only play small games at low resolutions. i personally own a 5450 for my home theatre somputer. it can barely play minecraft. here is the deal.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. you pay $200, you get a $200 computer. why do you think proper gaming computers(even low end ones) cost from $700-$1000. for a low end gaming computer look for atleast an i3 or an AMD x4. and atleast a amd 6850 gpu or a gtx 550ti. those are both around $120 graphics cards that will play anything you throw at them at around medium graphics settings. remember XEON is not your everyday cpu. its made to multitask, not handle on big multithreaded application. and when it says dual xeon the ad is lying. its only a dual core xeon which is ancient since xeons are at around 6-12+ cores now.
