Do you guys think she likes me?

I work with this girl and she is really cute. I always said hi to her dice I worked there but never really got to talk to her. Then just recently I started texting her one day and we texted for a good 3 hours. Then we started becoming closer and talked bout hanging out. She would text me sometimes and I would text her. Everyday at work she would come talk to me and seems like she flirting but not sure if she's being nice. She texted me last night the whole night. She is 21 and I'm only 18 But it seems like she flirts with me a lot. What can I do or say to see if she really likes me? Also I forgot to text her today so should I text her tommorrow at what time?
