Yo man, welcome to the best genre of music ever, Rock n' roll! I would definately check out Boston who has one of the greatest guitar players of all time, and has some of the longest, wildest and just fucki*** awesome guitar solo's ever. Some of there good songs are More than a feelin, Peace of mind, Rock n roll band, Smokin, and Don't look back. Aerosmith is another one of the bad *** rock n roll bands that fricon rock! Steven Tyler has incredible vocal abilities and is able to scream and sing incredibly on all of his songs such as Love in a Elevator, Dude Look like a lady, Walk this way, sweet emotion, back in the saddle again, and so much more! And how could anybody forget about the Crew, Motely Crue. With some of the wildest rock songs of all time, Kickstart my heart, Dr. Feelgood, Shout at the devil, too fast for love and much more. And then it's time for Bon Jovi with insane rock songs including Runaway, Bad Medicine, Always, Livin on a prayer, In and out of love, I'll be there for you, lay your hand son me, and too much more. And how about Kiss, with there rock n roll song, Rock n roll all night! Get ready to rock live never befroe man!!!!

If you like drum solos and/or good drumming, you should try out Rush. Neil Peart is an excellent drummer, and the rest of the band is very good too. Keith Moon from the Who was a great drummer. They both have very good guitarists as well. If you like classic rock, you should try Zeppelin or Pink Floyd. If you like heavier stuff, maybe Metallica or Pantera. Grunge bands like Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, and Pearl Jam may be good too.

Dazed and Confused - Led Zeppelin

Lots of badass drumming and guitar madness...Jimmy Page and John Bonham are ******* crazy in this song.

By the way, you have to listen to the whole song, because the instrumentals progressively intensify, so don't judge the song based on the first 3 minutes...it is like 6 minutes total, but I can assure you, you wont be sorry that you listened to it.

I've recently discovered Reckless Love. Try their song called Beautiful Bomb.
