Vans Warped Tour 2012 booths?

The Alt Press tent has Warped tour programs and in the program they have an itunes card of warped tour bands.

PETA gives you a free cd and sticker if you sign up for their emails

Tillys gives you a bag full of stuff. I'm not sure whats in it. I saw a lot of people with tillys bag.

American Rag gives you a free t-shirt and magazine.

Record Labels give you free samplers. Epitaph last year was giving out cinch sack with stuff inside like stickers and cds.

TRUTH if you do little activities with them you get free stuff.

Monsters gives you free drinks.

Vans gives you free stuff if you say the secret word of the day. You get lanyard, sunglasses, etc...

Last year these girls were passing out a credit card reader for your iphone or ipod.

Bring: Water, Sunscreen, hat, cheap sunglasses, hand sanitizer, sharpies, backpack, charged cellphone, money

Dress for the weather. Don't wear jeans or dark colors. Stick to shorts, t-shirt or tank top, and comfy supportive shoes. Don't wear flip flops or sandals. Stick to clothes and shoes you won't mind getting dirty.

Get to band sets 30 minutes before they are scheduled to play to get a good spot. Stop by the bands merch tent in the morning to see time and place of signings. Get to signings early because the lines get really long. Sometimes bands hang out at their tents through out the day helping sell merch and chilling out. You can even catch them walking around.

Once you get inside the venue go straight to the vans tent and main stage there will be a huge blow up with the times/bands/stages. They have free paper and pencil to write down the times and bands. If you download the warped tour app (Free) for you ipod you can also put down the bands and times on the app. After you plan your day.

Eat a good breakfast that day. Eat there even if you don't feel hungry. Take a break in the shade every once in awhile. Have a spot to meet up with friends if you get split up. Be sure to stay well hydrated and keep applying sunscreen every hour. Bring between $100-150 because you will spend at least $40 on food/water because they charge a lot.

I believe most of what you said is true. But the Vans booth also gives away free stuff to the first 200 people to go there and say the secret word. The Word can be found on Twitter or Facebook the night before each show. Some stuff is also just free, no strings attached lol. So keep an eye out for that. You can also get free jump the line passes if you donate 3 canned food items to Feed the Children NOW!. Look at booths of record labels, or charity booths. Not all that stuff will be free, but they always have some cool merch to check out. Also keep an eye out for band meet and greets. There will be signs in front of various booths that say when certain bands are signing and where.

Additional Tips: Make sure you go straight to the Big Board that says all the times and stages. You can purchase a map and schedule for around $2, and its so worth it. Don't wear flip flops, its too hard to walk in and you can loose your shoes. Stay hydrated, bring some water bottles in your bag. Water there can be expensive. Overall, just HAVE FUN!! Seriously, Warped is amazing, you'll have so much fun! :)
