How do you balance the following reactions?

Assume acidic solution

a) VO2+ + MnO4- ==> VO + MnO

b) S + OCl- ==> SO3 2- + Cl-

    There's something not right about a) Are you sure you copied it correctly?

    b) S + 2 OCl{-} + H2O → SO3{2-} + 2 Cl{-} + 2 H{+}
