Don't talk about how you are more ugly than her! Start a light conversation, and slowly ease into it. Tell her that you want to spend time with her, and how you would like to be close to her. See how she responds it. Just take it easy without trying too hard.

First y would u tell her that ur ugly ??!!!!! And ease into it make a joke out of it and if she teplies then take it further baby steps don't scare her
