want an iphone....how to find this?

where can i find a cheap new verizon iphone4s? can pay around 250$ for one, even though cheaper than that would obviously be preferable. I have an almost brand new Droid 3 in perfect condition to sell, and an iPod...you think someone would trade those and like 150$ for a new iPhone 4s? Websites or something like that would be helpful...thanks
