how to stop being depressed?

It's so hard to be happy sometimes. I feel like I go around in circles. Sometimes I'm happy, but then i always find myself getting sad once again. Am i emotionally unstable? :-(

    I think you should go on an anti depressant. My mom is depressed, and takes antidepressants, and now she is happier than ever! Suicide is never the answer.

    the best cure for depression is suicide. you'll never be depressed again
