Its called an electric exhaust cutout and you can get it at your local performance or exhaust shop just go ask it should be easy to find and it can go anywhere from 90 to 300 bucks depending on the exhaust setup you have in your car

Dual mode/bypass or whatever you want to call it. The best one out there is the SLP Loudmouth 2.

Legal in all states, as long as you don't use the open port on the road.

Bypass switch. They're not legal, so you have to build your own.
