Which is best smartphone for reading contents on internet, ebooks,pdf etc..?

I'm thinking of upgrading my phone, and I'd like to get one that's good for reading...

I mean my basic need is to read contents on internet,pdfs,ebooks etc..

Plz..don't tell me to buy a kindle, although Reading on a Kindle is a wonderful experience....but i like to love reading off of these bright, vivid screens.

My budget is $370.

    Under 370 which I think are good enough:

    Xperia arc S

    HTC one V

    Google nexus

    Galaxy Nexus because the phone is one big screen so bigger screen is better for reading.
