What lures catch Snook?
So I just caught my first Snook trying to catch a Peacock using a Rat-L-Trap. This fish surprised me because I never knew there were Snook here...anyways does anyone know any good lure that catches Snook and maybe other freshwater fish aswell?
I think they are both Salt & Freshwater fish..but live bait is risky because there are sooo many species in the lake and I only want to target certain fish so I dont want to waste all of my expensive shiners on nusiance fish.

The zara spook Jr and the husky jerk work good for snook and bass.

Arnt snook saltwater fish? Are you sure there not just moving through? Anyway I would use live bait. If I was targeting snook I would use live. Its probably the same as the rest.

Try any white bait on on a tube bobber about 6 inchs of the bottom in the mangroves or in th morning a loud popper will catch most all of them so goodluck
