How do I find my LAN port?

I'm tryin to port forward a bunch of ports so I can play my ps3 online without any problem. I have the start ports and end ports but I don't know what my LAN port is or how to find it.

    LAN Port is nothing but the ipadress of ps3.

    get the ipadress from network settings in ps3

    Go into the network Settings on your PS3 and find out what ip address its getting. You dont get a port number, you get an ip address.
