Where should I go and what should i do for my sweet sixteen?

My birthday is june 14 so there's a little less than a month left. I have never had an actual party before, just with family, never with any friends. I want to do something big but not too big. I dont know what budget i have but i know that can do some simple things if i wanted. So first of all, i dont want it at my house because we're going to be moving soon but i dont know where else to go. I dont want to go to any restaurant because i want to be doing things and i cant go to a hotel or skating rink because those ideas have been taken. Also, it'd be nice to invite just a few friends(maybe ten) and just have a small group, but i also like the idea of having many guests. It all depends on the place really! Please help.
