Is there any way to watch past TV online including previews?

Basically, I may have been on TV on Wednesday on Sunrise (Australian show) for an ice skating thing, but it was live so I didn't get to see it. I looked on their website but they only put up this thing called "Sunrise Extra" in which they show the highlights. What I was on was a weather cross, but it was the preview for the weather cross (you know, the part where they show "Coming up next..." etc.

So I was wondering, is there any way to access the full episode online or otherwise? I really want to see it! (Sorry if this question sounds ridiculous, it's okay if it can't be done - I'm not very good with technology!).

    Ask the station or network which airs the show. They will now i where it is online, or otherwise available. if it is.
