Spam sent from my hotmail?!?
Every day I log on to my Hotmail and find a little under five million "delivery failure notices" saying "this person didn't receive this message blah blah blah". It's my email from a couple years back and is associated with everything, so I won't just stick to Yahoo! because I use this for Y!A only. So, how do I stop it?
An example of a sentence used in the spam sent: "She yanks most of rubbing patient In school, gym for full, house."
Chose that one because... yeah. Haha. They are all randomized and rarely make one bit of sense.

Change your password. While you are doing that, check for tampering with your alternate email contact address. That could be used to obtain new passwords.

This is often caused by a malware infection on your computer. You need to do all of the following and it should stop
1 - change your email password if you have not already done so
2 - run full scans for both viruses and malware. A virus scan alone is not enough. You also need to run a specific anti-malware scan. If you don't have one, Malwarebytes and Super Anti-Spyware are both very good and have free versions available to download. Then delete all infected files
3 - after running the scans, delete your browsing history and cookies and empty your cache, then restart your computer
This normally stops it.

Happens quite often. Don't know if there's anything to do about it :(
